When i'm lonely I look up
when i'm sad I look down
when i'm happy I think about everyone
and when im just being little old me, I turn to the neighboring sky's and say, "Hi!"
constellations dance, and stars wave in the sky.
I like my neighbors :3

You did a good job here and I really like this. But I do see some things that could be fixed.
There's some strange line between the outline of the character and the coloring; I'm not sure what caused this, but it's distracting. A few places I saw that there was some coloring outside of the outline, mainly on the tail. Shading could use a little work as well, it's inconsistent in places and in areas the character looks flat.
But there are quite a few things I like about this piece.
The colors you chose for the character are calm and go well together, and the eyes are gorgeous. I love the pattern you chose for the dress. The lightning bugs are a nice touch as well; they really add a nice feeling to the drawing, I see them like the stars of nature.
Overall I think you did a pretty great job, you just need to improve on a few things. Keep it up!
