Really cute, but I feel as if the sparkles are just very slightly(not much, just a little) over-the-top. I know you might be doing this intentionally for the mood, but maybe just remove a few of them, as they dominate the senses in a way you may or may not want. Also, perhaps try making the blush less solid. Airbrushes are good for this, though it might be harder to shade, if you do so. There are some glints that I feel somewhat unnecessary, but Aren't that bad. That's really all I can think of as for constructive criticism. I like the shading, colors, and style, and it is drawn in a manner where I can almost feel the character in front of me.
